Terms and Conditions of Sale Prices
Prices shown in all catalogues and literature are shown exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at the time of going to press (e & oe) and whilst every effort will be made to maintain these prices, we reserve the right to change prices without notice. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate for delivery to all UK and EU addresses.

Descriptions
Whilst we take every care to ensure illustrations and descriptions within the catalogue are accurate, we reserve the right to change specifications or improve our products. In the event of any substituted product not being acceptable, we will gladly issue a full credit.

Orders
All goods are offered subject to availability. Where possible, an official order number should accompany customer orders and if possible, a contact name for delivery. We endeavour to despatch all orders complete, however any items which are not in stock at the time of ordering will be placed on back order and despatched when they become available.

Delivery
All orders will normally be despatched within 7- 10 days of receipt subject to stock availability. Our standard delivery time once despatched is a Next Day UK Delivery service to most of the UK mainland, Deliveries to offshore UK is a 2-3 day service. Discrepancies
Whilst we endeavour to complete all our customers orders satisfactorily, occasionally errors do occur. Therefore, please ensure that all parcels are unpacked and checked carefully upon receipt and that our Customer Services Department is notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt. We will then inform you of the appropriate action to be taken. Please do not return any goods without prior authorisation.

Payment
All registered UK Schools, State Nurseries, Colleges and Universities automatically qualify for account status. We verify eligibility from your establishment name and postcode. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date. Some private customers may apply for, and be granted, credit account facilities. Otherwise, contact us to pay by cheque or for details of BACS payments. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

Title of Goods
Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.

Warranty
 All items are guaranteed in terms of manufacturers' warranties. Any item found to be defective through faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced (or credited at our discretion).

Variation
Under no circumstances will we be bound by any addition to or variation of these terms unless agreed in writing with the Managing Director. These conditions and the contract shall be subject to and governed by the Law of England.
