How do our discount coupons work?
We occasionally issues discount coupons to customers - usually via an e-mail message advising of the coupon's CODE NUMBER.
For example:
New customers are sometimes awarded a discount coupon when they register with us, and this coupon may be redeemed at any time and against any purchase within a stated period - as long as that purchase exceeds £100.00 (excl vat).
- If, on your FIRST order, you choose to spend only £50, the coupon cannot be redeemed.
- If you make a subsequent purchase that exceeds £100.00 you may use the coupon if you wish.
- The coupon is redeemed at the check-out stage of your purchase, by entering the coupon's CODE (eg: FP-100) in the appropriate textbox.
- The value of the discount is deducted from your purchase total (before vat).
