Payment Options
Credit Card / PayPal
We currently accept credit card payments on this website via PayPal. Customers are welcome to place an order online and use either their Credit Card or Debit Card - or if a PayPal member, their PayPal account.
Cheque / Moneyorder
If you prefer to place your order online and send us a cheque or moneyorder, please select this payment option when checking out. We will compile your order, then wait for your cheque or money order to clear through our bank before we despatch goods.
Account Holders Only
This is reserved for authorised account holders, including (by default) all registered UK educational establishments (Schools, Colleges, Universities).
(Anyone in the UK may apply for Account Holder status which may be granted at our sole discretion. Please telephone us for details.)
Delivery & Shipping charges; UNITED KINGDOM
We endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we pack and despatch orders within 7 to 10 days subject to stock availability.
Carriage charges as follows :-
Net Order Value exc. vat
· up to £37.50………. £3.95 carriage
· £37.50 to £75.00 .…£5.95 carriage
· Over £75.00…… Free carriage
· Our standard delivery service is Next Day: (subject to availability).
Delivery & Shipping Charges; OUTSIDE UNITED KINGDOM
The website calculates shipping based on your delivery address. Where a shipping charge is shown on the site's check-out please note that this is an ESTIMATE ONLY. The charge may INCREASE or DECREASE - depending on the product(s) ordered, and the weight and volume of the consignment. ACTUAL shipping charges are, therefore, subject to quotation.
Discrepancies & Returns
Whilst we endeavour to complete all our customers’ orders satisfactorily, discrepancies may occur. In general, we do not substitute products if the requested item is not in stock. Please ensure that all parcels are unpacked and checked carefully upon receipt and that our Customer Services Department is notified of any errors within 7days of receipt. We will then inform you of the appropriate action to be taken. Goods must be returned in the original packaging which is undamaged, only goods that are faulty or damaged on delivery will be collected and returned at the cost of DES Ltd. Returns of any other nature must have the carriage cost borne by the purchaser.
Please do not return any goods without prior arrangement.
